We are looking to further establish our team with Demand Planner to be responsible for Lead and improve company’s Supply Chain Demand Management and Control processes including Sales, Inventory and Demand Forecasting, Non-Productive Inventory Management and demand planning parameters. 

Position will be placed in Zduńska Wola or Opole (based on preferable location of the candidate).

You will be responsible for:

•        Drive the full Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all Markets in Region East-North (Poland, Baltics, Russia)
•     Organization and coordination of the S&OP framework (meetings, reports, presentations, demand collaboration, deviation analysis plan vs. demand)
•      Create monthly signed off sales forecast and push into ERP
•      Monitor, improve and set the targets for demand related KPIs (eg. Forecast Accuracy)
•     Timeously meeting Sales Teams to gather demand data (MTO/MTS/Projects/Contracts)
•     Analyse demand data vs budget vs Actual trends; provide detailed analysis back to sales.
•     Facilitate the Sales demand consensus sign off
•     Facilitate the supply constraints analysis
•     Build the S&OP pack; and facilitate the consensus process through facts, trends and reports
• Drive stocking policies and inventory management for the Region according to demand and supply constraints  (Raw Materials, WIP (KANBAN), Finished goods (Make and Buy), Aged Stock reduction)
• Review demand planning parameters on a regularly basisLead time analysis and safety stock adjustments
• ABC XYZ vs service charter classification (linked to Sales, Marketing and Product Management product portfolio rationalisation activities)
• Complex coordination of Demand Planning Parameters

Skills & qualifications we would be looking for include:

·        Degree or equivalent in business disciplines SCM or Operations Management and several years of professional experience in the field of Sales and Operations Planning / control

·        Good knowledge of how to use Anaplan preferred

·        Fluent English is a must

·        Strong analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite), strong understanding of ERP (SAP) and forecasting software

·        Well-organised and able to work to deadlines, roadmaps and under time pressure

·        Ability to work in the multicultural matrix  and fast changing organisation

·        Ability to intuitively weigh and manage risk in decision making

·        Safety culture and continuous improvement mind-set
